Your demographic information and PAN will be utilised for and shared with smallcase manager for various regulatory purposes (KYC, AML etc) as required by applicable SEBI regulations. Your financial information (such as value of holdings, annual income etc) will also be utilised and shared with smallcase manager for the aforesaid purposes and tracking purposes.
CREATION OF ANONYMOUS INFORMATION
We may create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by excluding information (such as the name) that makes the information personally identifiable to the data subject. We use this Anonymous Information to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Services and improve Site navigation. Smallcase Technologies Private Limited (STPL) has contractual arrangements with various SEBI registered intermediaries and other third parties whereby STPL provides technology solutions and related back-end infrastructure along with support for their back office related operations & processes. The data and information including but not limited to data of clients pursuant to the rendering of such services is governed as per the respective contractual arrangements and as per applicable laws and regulations.
